Rhythms of Wellness: Qigong, Meditation, and Sound
Time: 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm monthly on Friday evenings
The class begins with the flowing movements of Qigong to cultivate energy and restore vitality. We then lay down and transition into a peaceful meditation to center the mind and calm the nervous system. The art of energetic healing, is then woven in with the restorative tones of a sound healing, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and renewal.
***Class will begin on time. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillow and anything else you may need to feel comfortable. Zero gravity chairs are available upon request.
