These time-honored practices have been thoughtfully blended into simple, effective techniques that anyone can learn and confidently use at home.
What to wear: Comfortable stretch or yoga-style clothing that allows you to move freely.
Please note: This class includes floor work, so participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor.
