Fridays: 4:30-5:30pm
This 6-week series (followed by a 2-week break before next series begins) offers a gentle, grounding way to build strength, balance and calm through mindful movement.
Each class includes Qigong warm ups, foundational Tai Chi, and closes with qigong, acupressure, and a brief mediation.
All levels welcome. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.
