Join us every Friday 9:00 am to 10 am for a weekly reset.

Classes will end June 7th and resume again in the fall.

Friday mornings are a great time to get your energy unwound and balanced! Nina McDermott and Jennifer Flynn have joined forces to create an hour of movement and meditation to reboot your vibe and get you ready for the weekend. Using Qigong and guided meditation with sound, we’ll move stagnant energy to release tension and relax into balance. Come join us for this energy reset in our community of kindness.

Please dress in comfortable clothing for gentle movement. Feel free to bring any pillows, blankets, cushions, or mats for meditation. We offer limited mats, blankets and bolsters. Chairs are also available for both movement and meditation.
